Gold Coast Carpet & Upholstery uses the cleaning process called hot water extraction. This is the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration) preferred and recommended method of cleaning carpet.

Gold Coast then uses a pretreatment solution that seeps deep into the grout’s pores then follows the pretreated solution with a high pressure and hot water rinse. The grime that is pulled out of the grout is then removed into a holding tank.
